At the Y, we are always trying to improve our programs and services. We want to ensure our services remain relevant and responsive to the needs of young people in Manningham.
In order to stay up-to-date with any issues affecting our clients, both within our services and the wider community, we encourage you to send us feedback whenever possible. This process will ensure our services can respond and be the best they can be.
As highball facility managers of 9 venues across Manningham it is important to us that your customer experience is the best that it can be. Our maintenance communication procedure has been developed to ensure that we are able to respond to any issues that may arise.
Our on-site staff will be able to assist with your enquiry or will take action to follow this up for you.
