Our organisation employs over 250 staff across eight sites – Aquarena Aquatic & Leisure Centre, Youth Services office at MC Square, and six indoor highball stadiums – Manningham DISC, Leeds Street, Doncaster Badminton Centre, Templestowe Heights Primary School, Warrandyte Sports Centre and the Park Orchards Community Centre.

YMCA's across Australia are committed to providing a Child Safe environment to all children who come into contact with the YMCA. Accordingly, to be considered for employment with us, all applicants must complete our pre-employment questions and all relevant pre-employment screens and checks.  Every staff member must complete a National Police Check prior to commencing employment with the YMCA, and for those who come into contact directly with children and young people, a Working with Children Check is compulsory.
